Joey (Josephine)
Joey is a sweet four year old mini horse mare ready for her next adventure. She is 10hh, up to date on farrier, worming, and vaccines.
Joey has been treated like a full sized horse her whole life; she has been turned out in herds with cattle, hauled all over the country, been to shows and rodeos as a companion, and countless other experiences. She was originally used as a companion horse for long hauls and weanlings but has also been used on the ground in a lessons program. Safe around equipment, dogs, pigs, poultry, llamas, you name she;s probably been around it. She has been lightly started in the harness and exposed to a cart and has had kids sit on her and be led around but has not been officially started under saddle.
Her drawbacks are few however she will paw if left tied alone, and will get some diarrhea when stressed. Other than that Joey has not given me any problems in the years I’ve had her, I just feel she could be better utilized in a different home.

Pete (on Conisgnment)
“Pete” is a 15.2hh stout, bay titled mustang gelding out of the Stinking Water HMA. He was gathered into the Burns corrals in 2021 and his papers say he was born in 2019. PETE was picked up out of the corrals and went through TIP training as a 2 year old. Since being halter broke he’s been utilized on the ground in a therapy program and has been exposed to ducks, dogs, pigs, machinery, and all types of kids program chaos.
His mounted training has had a few setbacks and he will buck under saddle. He has been ridden at a walk and trot bareback with no issues, will even side pass to the fence to pick you up, however because of his saddling issues he is being sold as halter broke not green broke. He has also had 30 days of professional training in the summer of 2024 but got put on the back burner when he came home.
PETE needs consistency and experiences that his current owner isn’t able to provide. He has been very well loved and truly enjoys humans he just isn’t a good fit for his current home. Due to his size and age he is not recommended for a first project, but someone with mustang experience would be incredibly successful with him.
